I am so tragically behind on the Sketchbook Project that I'm tempted to actually pretend I never paid my entry fee and just forget the whole shebang.
It's like no matter how hard I tried I just couldn't fully "get into it." And then in one wild and wacky burst of energy I ripped out all the paper from the moleskin they provided simultaneously committing myself to rebinding it too. Great plan when you're already behind.
The theme "Figuring You Out" was the one I went for. It totally went with my whole investigation of the Germans and their culture. Did anybody else go with this one? What did you all sign up for? Are the rest of your finished and already back from the post office? (*Grumble - show-offs!!*) And what did y'all do to dress up the covers? Or did you leave them as-is? Talk to me.
I'm liking the idea of people paging through it as it travels across my home country, exhibit by exhibit. I'll have to get cracking if I want to send my homies a little bit of Deutschy Love.
